Meet Cindy: Therapeutic Coach, Mindset Expert, & Yoga Teacher

I’m Cindy—therapeutic coach, mindset expert, and 500-hour trained yoga teacher. I’ve spent over two decades studying yoga and personal development, and I know firsthand what it takes to break free from cycles of overwhelm, anxiety, and self-doubt.

Unlike traditional therapists who often lead from theory, I coach from lived transformation & a deep inner knowing. I’ve done the deep inner work myself, and that allows me to guide with empathy, insight, and clarity. My mission is to help you step into your highest potential—confident, grounded, and free.


The best three words I was ever told were,

"You are prickly." Those words, spoken by my teacher and mentor, marked a pivotal turning point in my life. I could have been offended, created a story around them, and shut down. But deep down, I knew she was the first person who truly saw me—saw past my defenses, my wounds, and the walls I had built.

Being "prickly" was my defense mechanism, a way to protect myself from further pain. That moment was the beginning of a life-changing journey—one that led me from feeling like an angry victim to becoming the transformational coach I am today. I grew up in an emotionally devoid home, where I learned to strive for perfection and independence, what I now call “living on an island of one.” From the outside, I appeared strong and self-sufficient, but in reality, I had built an energetic moat around myself, keeping others at a distance.

Today, my life is one of constant evolution and self-reflection. It is a life dedicated to service, honoring the immense and rare depth of healing I’ve been blessed to experience through the guidance of those who walked this path before me. And now, I help women overcome their deepest wounds, break free from limiting beliefs, and step into their true power—so they never have to hold back in life again.
