3. Purchases, Refunds & Cancellations
All purchases of coaching sessions, mini courses, programs, and digital products are final. By default,
we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. Please carefully review the details of each individual offering before purchasing. Some programs may have specific terms regarding refunds or rescheduling—these will be clearly stated on the product page if applicable. For
1:1 coaching sessions, classes, and workshops, a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling. Any cancellation made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment or event is subject to the full price of the product or service. All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to [email protected]. By booking a session, you authorize Break The Cycle Coaching Academy to charge or invoice you for the full amount in the event that a cancellation notice is received less than 24 hours in advance. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
4. Coaching Disclaimer
Coaching is a partnership designed to support personal growth and transformation. It is not a substitute for therapy, medical advice, or legal counsel. Results vary and are dependent on individual participation, effort, and commitment.
