Welcome to Break The Cycle Coaching Academy. By accessing this website and using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all coaching services, yoga sessions, digital courses, live workshops, virtual and in-person retreats, memberships, and any other offerings provided by Break The Cycle Coaching Academy (“Company,” “Coach,” “I/me”). By purchasing or participating in any service or program, you (“Client”) agree to the following:

1. Coaching & Yoga Session Policies

1.1 Session Start & End Times

All sessions begin at the scheduled time, whether or not the client is present.

If you arrive late, the session will end at the original scheduled end time.

Sessions will not be extended due to client lateness.

Additional time may be provided only if:

The coach has availability, and

The client agrees to pay for additional time at the standard or prorated rate.

This protects the schedule, respects all clients, and maintains consistency.

1.2 24-Hour Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule a session, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required.

If you provide notice 24+ hours in advance:

I will make every reasonable effort to reschedule your session within the same workweek.

If I cannot accommodate a reschedule during that week, you are still responsible for the session fee.

If notice is provided less than 24 hours before the session, the full session fee is owed.

1.3 No-Show Policy

A “no-show” is defined as:

Not attending the session, and

Not communicating prior to the session start time.

No-shows are charged the full session rate.

2. Courses, Digital Programs & Self-Paced Content

2.1 Access & Usage

Digital courses, programs, and online materials (videos, PDFs, workbooks, meditations, etc.) are for personal use only. Redistribution, sharing login credentials, copying, or reselling content is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Refund Policy for Courses

All digital products—courses, mini-courses, online trainings, and downloadable resources—are non-refundable.

Because you receive immediate access to the material, no refunds or cancellations will be granted under any circumstances, unless otherwise stated on a specific product page.

2.3 Duration of Access

Unless otherwise specified:

Courses come with lifetime access, meaning the lifetime of the course platform, not the client’s lifetime.

The company reserves the right to update, modify, or retire content.

3. Workshops (Virtual or In-Person)

3.1 Registration & Payment

Workshop spots are confirmed once payment is received. Due to limited space, all workshop sales are final.

3.2 Cancellations & Refunds

Workshops are non-refundable.

If you cannot attend, you may request a transfer to a future workshop only if available and only with 7+ days notice.

Transfers are not guaranteed and are granted at the coach’s discretion.

3.3 Late Arrivals

Workshops begin promptly. Late arrivals may not be admitted depending on the format and flow of the event. No refunds or credits will be offered for missed portions.

4. Retreats (Virtual or In-Person)

4.1 Deposit & Payment Terms

Retreat deposits are non-refundable and secure your spot.
Full payment is due by the date specified on the retreat page or invoice.

4.2 Cancellation Policy

Because retreats require advanced planning, venue booking, and material preparation:

Deposits are always non-refundable.

Cancellations made more than 45 days before the retreat may receive a partial refund of payments made beyond the deposit.

Cancellations within 45 days of the retreat are non-refundable.

No refunds for late arrivals, early departures, or no-shows.

4.3 Retreat Transfers

You may request to transfer your registration to another person up to 30 days before the retreat, pending approval.

5. Memberships (Yoga, Meditation, Coaching, or Hybrid Memberships)

5.1 Billing & Access

Memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Access continues as long as payments are active.

5.2 Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a membership at any time.

Access remains active through the end of the billing cycle already paid for.

Membership payments are non-refundable once charged.

Cancellations must be made before the next billing date to avoid future charges.

5.3 Pausing Memberships

Membership pauses may be requested but are not guaranteed. Approval is given at the sole discretion of the company.

6. Package Policies (Coaching or Yoga)

Packages must be used within the timeframe specified upon purchase.

Unused package sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Extensions may be granted in extenuating circumstances but are not guaranteed.

7. Confidentiality

All personal information shared with the coach remains confidential except where:

Disclosure is required by law, or

There is risk of harm to yourself or others.

8. Professional Boundaries & Scope

You understand and agree that:

Coaching is not counseling, therapy, or medical treatment.

Yoga and somatic practices may involve physical movement; you are responsible for your safety.

You will consult a medical professional before beginning any new physical or emotional wellness practice.

You are responsible for your decisions, outcomes, and participation.

9. Coach’s Right to Decline or Terminate Services

The coach reserves the right to discontinue services for reasons including—but not limited to:

Repeated policy violations

Inappropriate behavior

Non-payment

Misalignment with coaching scope

Failure to follow safety guidelines in yoga or somatic practices

If the coach ends the relationship for reasons not involving client misconduct, unused sessions may be refunded at the coach’s discretion.

10. Liability Waiver

By participating in coaching, yoga, retreats, workshops, or any offerings, you voluntarily assume all risks. You release the company from liability for injuries, emotional distress, or outcomes related to your participation.

11. Payment Terms

Payment is required prior to receiving services unless otherwise arranged.

Additional time, extra support, or extended access may incur additional fees.

Non-payment may result in paused services.

12. Agreement

By purchasing, booking, or participating in any service, program, or event offered by Break The Cycle Coaching Academy, you acknowledge that you have read, fully understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

13. Links to Other Sites

Our website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or privacy policies of external websites.

14. Limitation of Liability

Break The Cycle Coaching Academy will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of our services or website, including but not limited to lost profits or personal injury.

15. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to our website or services at our discretion if these Terms are violated.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes your acceptance of any modifications.
