Let’s reset your nervous system in under 2 minutes.
Try this 4-2-6 breath:🧘♀️
Inhale through your nose for 4 counts
Hold your breath for 2 counts
Exhale slowly through your mouth for 6 counts
Repeat this 5 times.
💡 This activates your parasympathetic nervous system—the part responsible for rest, calm, and digestion. It tells your body: “You’re safe.”
